Parkridge Professional Building This two-story, concrete tilt up panel, professional office building featuring VAV (water) rooftop HVAC system is located in the McMurry Business Park. The building is the first of a master planned 3-building complex and is designed to be amongst the State’s highest-end office tenant rental spaces. Stateline No. 7 Architects’ interior designer provided all interior finishes along with furniture and artwork selections.
